John went home to Baltimore. He was homeless and on the streets of Jacksonville. We purchased a ticket to get him home to his family.
As a supporter you can help us to make a difference. Every little bit helps.
Adam was homeless and desperately seeking a way to get home to West Virginia. With the help of our supporters we were able to send him home.
We love helping our Street Friends in the community and we help out the many other nonprofits here in Jacksonville that do the same.
They make it happen
You can find us feeding the homeless every week in Downtown Jacksonville
Street homeless population increased by 20% between 2009-2019. Overall homeless population dipped 32% according to latest data from United Way. We are doing our part to help the homeless in our community.
We reach out to the homeless on a regular basis to supply them with much needed hygiene items and food packages. We also prepare and feed them hot meals monthly.
Supplying the homeless with items such as book bags, blankets, hats, gloves, socks, food, water, and hygiene items during the winter months is something we take pride in.
It is important for our youth to stay involved in positive activities throughout our community. We sponsor these young athletes and encourage them to excel.
The Jacksonville Beach Barracudas were involved in four tournaments: Fort Caroline, Julington Creek, Orange Park, and Bennett Park. They won their bracket and competed in the State Tournament in West Palm Beach! Way to go boys!!!!
Our mission is only as strong as the community that supports it. Together, we can do more than we can do alone. Let's bring our abilities and passions together to affect real change. All services offered are contingent upon donations available at the time services are requested. No donation is to small. Every donation received makes an impact in the life of another.
